More about me
I recently received my bachelor's degree in journalism at London's City, St. Georges University this summer, 2025. Currently navigating post-grad life, I am looking towards opportunities in digital journalism, broadcast, social media marketing, while also exploring work in freelance.
I have experience securing sources to interview for news stories, and in fact, one of my favorite interviews that I conducted this year involved a case study named Dan, who recalled his experience living as a property guardian in a refurbished, abandoned office as I reported on London's steep housing costs for a mini audio documentary I created. You can listen to it in the audio section here.
Originally hailing from Nigeria where I obtained the esteemed IB diploma, my international background includes England, as well as the Netherlands, where I started off as a contributing writer for my high school newspaper, which naturally played an influential role later on.
As of now, I'm in the middle of writing an upcoming piece soon to be posted across all my social media profiles, and in October, I plan to write a collective book review on a few black biographies, in honour of Black British heritage month.
